Originally established in 1992, E3S Consulting ltd has evolved and transformed into a progressive and supportive multi-disciplinary consulting team servicing a range of long-standing clients on the Isle of Wight and south coast. Based in the Grade II listed Old Brewhouse building on the Appuldurcombe House estate near Ventnor, we are surrounded by both the historic built and natural environment that we are so passionate about.

We are recognised for our environmental focus and our breadth of expertise. Our quality, responsiveness and the value we provide are what our clients appreciate. We specialise in Ecological Surveys and Environmental and Geotechnical Site Investigations, and Site Remediation. Ground Investigation Reports (GIRs). We also provide permitting support for landfill and waste facilities clients and environmental monitoring and soil validation testing.

We are based on the south coast of England, which gives us good access to the south of England and London. We also maintain our own drilling and sampling equipment, reducing our reliance on contractors. This allows us to give our clients a flexible and integrated service. We have the capability to undertake environmental and geotechnical sampling including gas monitoring, in-situ soil strength testing and undisturbed soil (U100 thin wall) sampling for laboratory testing.

Our clients and projects are located across the south coast of the UK and include large multi-national companies, small single plot builders and developers.
